Our British Columbia warehouse serves as our Western Canada hub, managing operations across BC, Alberta, and the Pacific Northwest of the United States. This 14,000 sq ft combined facility handles book sorting, distribution, and regional logistics.
Take a peek inside our operations to see how we process donations from arrival to distribution.
Donations arrive at our warehouses through drop-offs, scheduled pickups, or from our donation bins. All items are logged, dated, and prepared for sorting.
Our team of experts sorts each item by type, condition, and potential use. Books and media are categorized for resale, donation, or recycling based on quality and demand.
Items selected for resale or donation are cleaned, cataloged, and priced if necessary. Media items are tested to ensure proper functionality.
Items are distributed to thrift stores, community organizations, libraries, or prepared for our recycling partners. We coordinate logistics to ensure items reach their destination efficiently.
We track the environmental and social impact of every donation, measuring waste diverted from landfills and educational resources provided to communities.
Visit us to drop off donations or take a tour of our facilities.
