Zoom Books Company started off 4 years ago by providing solutions to Thrift Stores on how to consistently move their excess supply of used books. Over the years, we have partnered with some of the largest Thrift Stores in British Columbia, Alberta, and Washington State. We provide an end-to-end service by supplying the stores with collection supplies consisting of large boxes and wooden pallets to place their books in. Each pallet can weight up to 1,000 LBS when full of used books. Unlike other buyers, Zoom Books Company provides a full service by also taking unwanted media items consisting of DVD's, CD'S, and Video Games.

We help get retired library books in the hands of new owners! We understand libraries are limited in space and can not store thousands of books in their back room. Through our partnership with Big Brother of Greater Vancouver, we provide small metal carts than can be rolled and fit up to 500 LBS of books. The library staff can just dump the books into these carts and it will be serviced immediately once the cart is full. Prefer to place book in smaller boxes? No problem - our team will supply any collection supplies that the library requires. Has your library hosted a book sales recently or is planning on one soon? Look at our post book-sale cleanup service that is capable of gathering 40,000+ books out of the facility.
Book Sales are a great way for charities, libraries, and rotary clubs to raise funds for their mission. However, 80% of books remain unsold at the end of the Book Sale and thousands of books must be removed in a timely and efficient manner. Instead of the volunteer staff having to re-box every book, we provide the collection supplies of your choice allowing the team to just dump the books into larger boxes. At times, we even compensate the organizers by the LB for all books we receive from them.
